Modernizing transit data, without the gamble

Transit agencies needed to modernize how they manage and report data to the National Transit Database — but a full build meant betting tens of thousands of dollars on unproven workflows. ETA Transit needed certainty before writing code.

We mapped the agency workflows, built a clickable prototype, and put it in front of stakeholders for validation. Only after the approach was proven did development begin — targeted, scoped, and aligned with how transit teams actually work.
