The current educational platforms do not offer a comprehensive solution for live classes, which poses a significant challenge for both instructors and students. There is a need for an educational online platform that enables instructors to offer live classes and allows students to participate in real-time learning activities. This platform should be user-friendly, reliable, and feature-rich, to enhance the quality of online education and support the growth of the online learning community.

User research is the phase in which we start planning the project and do the research of all the information in order to make a vast analysis, synthesis and to create insights to solve the user’s needs. This is how we can provide optimal results that allow our customers make important business decisions and give them the confidence they need.
